Andrew & Associates was founded in 1988. The Directors - Grant Mann, Monica Cianca, Chad Heinirch and Roy Dineen strive to maintain a professional diverse consultancy with experienced personnel that provides high quality, cost effective surveying and project management services.

Grant MannDirector / Manager Fleurieu Operations, Licensed Surveyor Grant has been with Andrew & Associates since 1992 and manages our Victor Harbor office. He has valuable experience and knowledge and can assist with any enquiries in property, boundary or development in the Fleurieu Peninsula region. |
Monica CiancaDirector / Practice Manager Monica joined Andrew & Associates in 2002 and manages the day to day administration, financial and land division areas. |
Chad HeinrichDirector / Survey Manager Chad joined Andrew & Associates in 2005 as a Graduate / Trainee Licensed Surveyor. Late 2011 Chad was promoted to Survey Manager. Chad has an excellent understanding of a client’s needs and the latest technologies in surveying |
Roy DineenDirector / Engineering Surveyor Roy has been with Andrew & Associates since 1997 and since then has built a strong knowledge in the Engineering Surveying field. Roy has extensive knowledge in the areas of road detail, construction setout, contour surveying and as-constructed surveys. He has been the site surveyor on a number of large scale projects. |
Susan ScherwitzelLand Division Officer / Drafter Susan joined Andrew & Associates in 2005. Susan is an experienced draftsperson and prepares the majority of our plans. She also has a good understanding of the land division process. |
Kathryn BowellLand Division Officer / Roads Opening & Closing Kathryn joined Andrew & Associates in 2006 and has an excellent understanding of both minor and major subdivisions. Kathryn works closely with our clients and relevant government authorities. Kathryn also manages the complex Road Opening and Closing projects. |
Rob ReichmanEngineering Surveyor Rob joined Andrew & Associates in 2015 after completing his Diploma of Surveying & Spatial Information Services and is one of our lead Engineering Surveyors. His previous experience with large scale civil companies enables him to specialise all civil surveying needs for our clients. |
