Roads

Andrew and Associates conducts the Road Opening and Closing process on behalf of Councils and private landowners. This process is used to create new roads, widen existing roads or close portions of existing roads, to realign and correct road boundaries, or to close unwanted road reserves.

We combine our project management and survey experience with the sound knowledge of Council and Lands Titles Office procedures to conduct the Road Opening and Closing process from concept to completion.
