Major Projects

Managing Director, Bob Andrew maintains overall responsibility for major projects, working with our team managers to execute the functions of the project. Bob’s experience encompasses the planning, financial, legal and civil design aspects of major projects.

Our role in the coordination process may involve assistance with initial feasibility studies, review of scope of works, selection of consultants and contractors, provision of project financial control and management, legal advice and formal presentation to authorities. We ensure that all proposals comply with the relevant Development Plan, with the design of the new allotments and roads complimenting the natural characteristics of the land.

Andrew and Associates has experience in the preparation of submissions for Section 30 reviews, within the Development Act framework, used to change the zoning of land prior to the commencement of a new subdivision.

We utilise colour digital aerial photography and are able to prepare plans of a proposed subdivision, overlaid on photography of the existing land. These images assist Council and/or the developer with public consultations, the assessment process and the sale of new allotments.

Andrew and Associates has the capacity to coordinate civil engineering activities on a variety of projects. We work independently of all consulting engineers, providing a project with independent advice to ensure the project’s feasibility and success.
