Andrew and Associates have provided specialist services for many major projects, particularly in the role of development consultant.

North Shores Wallaroo
A 280-allotment residential development. The first three stages of 100 allotments have been constructed and sold. Stages Four, Five and Six - containing 108 allotments - are currently under construction.

Blancheport Rise at Streaky Bay
A 300-residential allotment development, with the first three stages of 110 allotments now completed and the fourth stage of 40 allotments currently under construction.

Lincoln Lakes at Port Lincoln
A 150-residential allotment development with a 100 berth marina. Completed in 2003. Stage 3 is currently awaiting approval.

Morgan Park at Victor Harbor
A 22-allotment rural living development completed in 2004.

St Lukes at Boomer Beach
A 21-allotment residential development completed in 2007.

Boston Heights Estate at Port Lincoln
A 23-allotment rural living development completed in 2008.

Ceduna Keys
A 300-allotment residential, commercial and tourist accommodation development, with four marinas and a further 300 medium density allotments. The project has State Government Major Project status and is currently at the planning and design phase.

Waterloo Bay at Elliston
A development of 88 residential and rural living allotments with the first stage of 24 allotments currently under construction.

Arno Waters at Arno Bay
A 250-waterfront and 150-"dry land" residential development, which has now received development approval.

Coorong Waters at Policeman Point
This development consists of 22 country living allotments, a substantial proportion of which have been sold. Construction is nearing completion.

Smoky Bay North

A 400-allotment development that has this year gained development approval.

Beyond

This is a 220-allotment eco-sustainable development. The first three stages of 80 allotments are completed. The 40-allotment fourth stage is at the design phase, with construction to start early to mid 2009.
