Founded in 1988, Andrew and Associates (formerly DSC Andrew) is a professional service consultancy, providing land surveying, engineering and project planning, from offices located in Adelaide and Victor Harbor. We offer consulting services to both private and public sector clients for residential, commercial, industrial and public works projects. Our team comprises project officers, licensed surveyors, technical officers, field assistants, drafters and administration staff.

Andrew and Associates have contributed to a variety of significant projects throughout South Australia, with roles encompassing survey consultant, development consultant and project coordinator. Our team has substantial project experience and knowledge to effectively assess requirements and efficiently provide a service to our valued clients.

Our areas of expertise extend beyond the capacity of “surveyor” to the provision of assistance in the Plan Amendment Report process, the Environmental Impact Statement process, the preparation of Statements of Effect, subdivision design and feasibility, and formal presentation of planning proposals to the relevant authorities.

Bob Andrew - Managing Director
As Managing Director and founder of Andrew and Associates Pty Ltd, Bob has solid expertise and practical experience in all aspects of land development. His expertise is frequently sought by public and private sector organisations to provide development consultancy, project management and surveying services. Bob believes in providing a value-added service to his clients, especially in the development consultancy field.

Bob has completed Post-Graduate Diplomas in Civil Engineering and Technical Education, and his knowledge extends well beyond his surveying background to include engineering, planning, marketing, financial assessments and project management expertise. His advice given on these matters is well researched with a pragmatic cost-minimisation approach.

Bob has worked with sites as a developer for a variety of projects, ranging from small sub-divisions at Victor Harbor to larger projects at Renmark and the West Coast of South Australia. This experience has given him a special insight into the complexities and financial constraints of implementing projects for residential and industrial purposes.
